 Circuit Breaker Dynamic Characteristics Tester Features

(1) Can perform electric and manual operations.

Performance and Features

(1) The instrument uses high-stability components, floating, large-area, digital filtering and other anti-interference technologies.

(2) The instrument is equipped with two displacement sensors, suitable for detecting high-voltage circuit breakers with different distance, speed, and accuracy requirements. After inserting different sensors, the instrument automatically identifies them. The instrument automatically recognizes close (open) operations and reclose operations of high-voltage circuit breakers, and automatically collects all data after operation. The measurement and calculation process is automatically completed by the CPU.

(3) The instrument has automatic identification capability and strong self-protection function for wiring errors, incorrect operation commands, and unsuccessful operations during measurement of high-voltage circuit breakers.

(4) The instrument displays the sequence of close (open) operations and the actual close (open) time of each contact, providing a basis for adjusting the three-phase non-simultaneity and same-phase non-simultaneity of high-voltage circuit breakers. Data with time values less than 0.1 milliseconds are automatically not displayed.

(5) For measuring the stroke and over-travel of moving contacts, by installing a sensor on any phase of the high-voltage circuit breaker, the instrument can simultaneously measure and calculate the stroke and over-travel data of all three phases. The speed measurement accuracy is 1% m/s.

(6) The host provides a 220V/5A DC operating power supply to directly operate the high-voltage circuit breaker. Suitable for electromagnetic, hydraulic, spring energy storage and other DC control operating mechanisms. (Note: If the operating voltage of the high-voltage circuit breaker closing/opening coil is not DC 220V, please set the host's toggle switch to external and use the corresponding coil operating voltage externally.)

(7) The instrument is small in size, light in weight, simple to operate, and easy to carry, especially suitable for field mobile testing and on-site testing and maintenance in substations. It is an essential tool for the production, inspection, maintenance, and debugging of high-voltage circuit breakers.
