| Circuit Breaker Parameter Tester Darui Electric recommends for you Technical Specifications: 1. Time Measurement Time measurement range: 10ms-1000ms Number of measurable breaks simultaneously: ≤12 Setting time for measurement process: 0~6 seconds Resolution: 0.1ms 2. Measurement of switch opening distance, overtravel, and bounce amplitude Range: <500mm Resolution: 1mm 3. Measurement Error Time measurement error: ±1% Stroke measurement error: ±1% Working Principle: Using the four-terminal connection method for loop resistance testing, it actually measures the dynamic resistance during the switch operation, and can be used to test SF6 high-voltage circuit breakers with graphite contacts. The working principle of the dynamic resistance test channel is to apply a 10A constant current source to the two terminals of the circuit breaker's graphite contacts, and measure the dynamic voltage change waveform within 200mV during the graphite contact action through the other two test signal lines (voltage signals) connected to both ends of the circuit breaker. This determines the position of the metal contacts of the circuit breaker, and then infers the true and exact position of the graphite contacts based on the length of the graphite contacts. Safety Requirements: 1. Only qualified technicians should perform maintenance to prevent fire or personal injury. 2. Use appropriate power cords. Only use power cords that are dedicated to this product and conform to its specifications. 3. Connect and disconnect properly. Do not arbitrarily connect or disconnect test leads when they are connected to live terminals. 4. Ground the product. In addition to grounding through the power cord's ground conductor, the grounding terminal on the product's enclosure must be grounded. To prevent electric shock, the grounding conductor must be connected to earth. Ensure the product is properly grounded before connecting to its input or output terminals. 5. Observe all terminal ratings. To prevent fire or electric shock hazard, note all ratings and markings on the product. Before making connections to the product, read the product's instruction manual for further information on ratings. 6. Do not operate without instrument covers. Do not operate the product if covers or panels are removed. 7. Use proper fuses. Only use fuses that conform to the type and rating specified for the product.
