The HZKC-8000 uses a four-terminal wiring method, applying a 10A constant current source across the graphite contacts of the circuit breaker, and collects the dynamic voltage waveform within 200mV during contact operation through independent voltage signal lines. This waveform reflects changes in the contact state of the graphite contacts. Combined with the known length of the graphite contacts, the true position of the metal contacts can be inferred. This method is suitable for dynamic resistance testing of SF6 high-voltage circuit breakers with graphite contacts, assisting in judging contact wear or alignment status.
Time channels: 12, resolution 1μs; travel channel: 1, compatible with linear, rotary, or acceleration sensors; speed measurement range 0~20m/s, resolution 0.01m/s, reading error ±0.1m/s; travel measurement range 500~999mm, resolution 0.2mm, accuracy 0.1%. Operating power supply DC 6~270V continuously adjustable, short-time current 20A, suitable for high-voltage circuit breakers of 500kV and below. Data storage: 50 groups, real-time curves and values displayed synchronously. Operating voltage 220V AC.
Only qualified technicians may perform repairs to prevent fire or personal injury. Before testing, confirm reliable grounding and correct polarity of the operating power supply wiring. For long-term disuse, periodic power-on inspections are required, and store in a dry and ventilated environment. During dynamic resistance testing, the constant current source and voltage signal lines should be kept away from strong electromagnetic interference sources to ensure stable waveform acquisition.
