Safety Requirements:
1. Only qualified technicians should perform maintenance to prevent fire or personal injury.

3. Connect and disconnect correctly. Do not arbitrarily connect or disconnect test leads when they are connected to live terminals.
4. Product grounding. In addition to grounding through the power cord ground wire, the grounding terminal of the product enclosure must be grounded. To prevent electric shock, the grounding conductor must be connected to the ground. Before connecting to the input or output terminals of this product, ensure that the product is properly grounded.
5. Pay attention to all terminal ratings. To prevent fire or electric shock hazard, pay attention to all ratings and markings of this product. Before connecting to this product, read the product instruction manual for further information on ratings.
6. Do not operate without instrument cover. Do not operate this product if the cover or panel is removed.
7. Use appropriate fuses. Only use fuses that meet the specified type and rating of this product.
8. Avoid contact with exposed circuits and live metal. Do not touch exposed contacts and parts when the product is energized.
9. Do not operate if there is a suspected fault. If the product is suspected to be damaged, have it inspected by maintenance personnel and do not continue operation.
10. After testing, wait for discharge to complete before removing test leads.
