Product Introduction
It is a new type of very low frequency AC test device that uses cosine square wave as the output source. It is mainly used for non-destructive insulation withstand voltage tests on PE (polyethylene) / XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) plastic power cables in the power sector. It has an international advanced level at the end of the 20th century and a domestic leading level.
This product combines modern digital frequency conversion advanced technology, adopts microcomputer control, and fully automates voltage boosting, voltage reduction, measurement, and protection. Due to full electronic design, it is small in size and light in weight. The large-screen LCD display is clear and intuitive, and can display the output waveform and print the test report. The design indicators fully comply with the power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for Special Test Instruments for Power Equipment, Part 4: General Technical Conditions for Very Low Frequency High Voltage Generators", and it is very convenient to use. The following features are particularly noted:
1. Current, voltage, and waveform data are all obtained directly from the high-voltage side sampling, so the data is accurate.
2. It has overvoltage protection function. When the output exceeds the set voltage limit, the instrument will stop protection, and the action time is less than 20ms.
3. It has overcurrent protection function: designed with dual protection for high and low voltage. The high-voltage side can perform precise shutdown protection according to the set value; the low-voltage side will perform shutdown protection when the current exceeds the rated current, with action time less than 20ms.
4. The high-voltage output protection resistor is designed inside the booster, so no additional external protection resistor is needed.
5. Due to the use of high and low voltage closed-loop negative feedback control circuit, the output has no capacitive rise effect.
