Product Features
1. The ZSVLF series 0.1Hz program-controlled very low frequency high voltage generator combines modern digital variable frequency advanced technology, adopts microcomputer control, and fully automates voltage boosting, voltage reduction, measurement, and protection, with manual intervention possible during automatic voltage boosting. Due to full electronic design, it is small in size and light in weight, with a large-screen LCD display that is clear and intuitive, and can display the output waveform and print the test report. The design indicators fully comply with the power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for Special Test Instruments for Power Equipment, Part 4: General Technical Conditions for Very Low Frequency High Voltage Generators", and it is very convenient to use.
2. Currently, both domestic and international methods use mechanical modulation and demodulation to generate very low frequency signals, resulting in non-standard sine wave waveforms, large measurement errors, spark discharge in the high-voltage part, heavy equipment, and the need for high-power high-voltage resistors for discharge shaping in the second and fourth quadrants of the sine wave, leading to high overall power consumption of the equipment.
3. Years of theory and practice at home and abroad have proven that using 0.1Hz very low frequency withstand voltage test to replace the power frequency withstand voltage test not only has the same equivalence but also greatly reduces the size and weight of the equipment. Theoretically, the capacity is about one five-hundredth of the power frequency, and the operation is simple, with more advantages compared to power frequency testing. This is why developed countries widely adopt this method.
Product Introduction
1. Combining modern digital variable frequency advanced technology, it adopts microcomputer control for automatic voltage boosting, voltage reduction, and discharge, using photoelectric control to output 0.1Hz sine wave, with manual intervention possible during automatic voltage boosting. Due to full electronic design, it is small in size and light in weight, with a large-screen LCD display that is clear and intuitive, and can display the output waveform with print output. The design indicators fully comply with the power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for Special Test Instruments for Power Equipment, Part 4: General Technical Conditions for Very Low Frequency High Voltage Generators", and it is very convenient to use. This product can overcome these shortcomings. In addition, the protection functions are designed as follows:
2. Overvoltage protection: When the voltage exceeds 10% of the set test voltage (or 1.1 times), the instrument will stop protection, with an action time of less than 20 milliseconds.
3. Overcurrent protection: Designed with dual protection at high and low voltage sides. The high-voltage side can stop protection according to the set value; the low-voltage side will stop protection when the current exceeds the rated current, with an action time of less than 20 milliseconds.
