When purchasing a power quality comprehensive analyzer, common concerns include inconsistent parameter labeling, complex on-site wiring, and insufficient harmonic analysis depth. The DZ-9200 Power Quality Comprehensive Analyzer is designed to address these common concerns, providing basic electrical parameter measurement and preliminary power quality analysis functions.
Voltage measurement range is AC 0-500V (expandable); current supports direct connection or clamp-on transformer input, covering active/reactive/apparent power, power factor, and frequency (45-65Hz). Current and voltage accuracy is 0.5 class, power accuracy is 1.0 class, meeting the metering and comparison needs of conventional distribution systems. It supports 1st to 50th voltage and current harmonic analysis, and harmonic measurement provides both data and waveform display modes for quick on-site judgment of harmonic distribution.
The instrument can plot current, voltage, active power, and power factor curves, and generate vector diagrams showing each phase value and phase difference, helping purchasers verify phase relationships. It has built-in calculation functions for 9 parameters of motor economic operation and 7 parameters of operating characteristics, and can automatically calculate the balance rate of pumping units and up/down stroke parameters, as well as reactive power local compensation amount. It is suitable for electrical parameter measurement and preliminary power quality analysis in industrial and mining enterprise distribution systems, substations, and distribution rooms. With back-end software, it can complete data recording and trend comparison, providing reference for equipment selection and operation evaluation.
