In field operation and maintenance, comprehensive power quality analysis often faces the problems of stacking multiple single-function instruments, complicated wiring, and difficulty in synchronizing data. The AN-6800 Power Quality Analyzer can simultaneously connect three-phase voltage and current signals, collected via clamp-on current transformers or Rogowski coils. Its internal high-speed ADC and DSP perform fast Fourier transforms to calculate RMS values, phase, power, and harmonic components in real time, and present them as waveforms, spectrograms, trend charts, and vector diagrams. The harmonic analysis range can be found in the equipment technical manual.
The instrument performs online monitoring of power grid harmonic content and supports synchronous acquisition of multiple signals. O&M personnel can view voltage and current waveforms, spectral distribution, and power trends on the same interface, avoiding the time deviation caused by reading multiple devices separately. It is suitable for on-site inspections of distribution cabinets, harmonic source loads, and renewable energy grid connection points.
The device provides 12 break channels, monitors the open/close status of each phase's main contacts and auxiliary contacts in real time, simultaneously connects linear or rotary sensors to track the displacement-time relationship of the moving contact, and samples the opening/closing coil current waveform in series. A single operation can obtain data such as inherent opening/closing time, simultaneity, reclosing time, just-opening/just-closing speed, total travel, opening distance, overtravel, and bounce characteristics.
Compared with combined single-function instrument solutions, the AN-6800 reduces the number of wiring connections and the amount of equipment to carry, and centralized data storage facilitates historical comparison. Its DSP processing architecture ensures sampling synchronization and reduces phase calculation errors caused by time differences between channels, making it suitable for daily maintenance and troubleshooting in substations and distribution rooms of industrial and mining enterprises.
