When field equipment such as pumping units, fans, and pumps operate, multiple electrical parameters including voltage, current, power, and harmonics need to be recorded synchronously. Traditional single-function meters often require repeated wiring and time-separated measurements, which are time-consuming and make it difficult to accurately reflect the operating state at the same moment. Field O&M personnel often encounter scattered data and difficulty in fault tracing. The DZ-A900 Power Quality Analyzer adopts a multi-channel synchronous acquisition architecture, which can simultaneously obtain parameters such as three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, active power, reactive power, power factor, and harmonics within one sampling cycle, reducing errors caused by repeated wiring and time-separated measurement.
The instrument supports AC voltage of 50–750 V (range expandable via PT) and AC current of 0.5–600 A (range expandable via CT), and can measure apparent power, active power, reactive power, power factor from 0 to 1.0, and active energy from 0 to 99999.9 kW·h. The internal microprocessor performs high-speed sampling and digital processing of multiple signals, generating voltage and current waveform diagrams and harmonic analysis results in real time, making it convenient for O&M personnel to evaluate equipment operating status under the same time reference. The LCD 320×240 display can simultaneously show multiple parameters for easy on-site viewing.
Loose field wiring, reversed polarity of transformers, or improper range selection may cause abnormal measurement data. The DZ-A900 Power Quality Analyzer provides wiring self-check prompts and gives warnings when wiring is incorrect or signals exceed limits, helping O&M personnel troubleshoot quickly. For occasions with strong harmonic interference, the instrument has a built-in digital filtering algorithm that can reduce the impact of high-frequency noise on power and energy measurement. During maintenance, it is recommended to regularly check the cleanliness of the current clamp jaws and the integrity of the insulation layer of the voltage test leads, and to calibrate the instrument periodically according to the manual to ensure long-term measurement consistency.
The instrument supports data storage and export, and can record the trend of electrical parameter changes over a period of time, making it suitable for energy efficiency monitoring and fault analysis of equipment such as pumping units, fans, and pumps. During circuit breaker operation, the DZ-A900 Power Quality Analyzer can simultaneously acquire contact signal, displacement signal, and coil current signal, monitor the open/close status of each phase main contact and auxiliary contact in real time through 12 contact channels, record opening/closing moments, and calculate parameters such as inherent opening/closing time, simultaneity, reclosing time, just-opening/just-closing speed, maximum speed, total travel, opening distance, overtravel, and bounce characteristics. O&M personnel can obtain all data and waveform diagrams with one operation, providing a basis for equipment condition assessment.
