Field equipment such as pumping units, fans, and pumps need to simultaneously record multiple electrical parameters including voltage, current, power, and harmonics. Traditional single-function instruments require multiple wiring connections and time-separated measurements, which are time-consuming and difficult to reflect the operating status at the same moment.
The HM-810 Power Quality Analyzer supports direct measurement of single-phase AC voltage from 50-750V and single-phase AC current from 0.5-600A, with a phase voltage range of 0~600V and a line voltage range of 0~1000V. The voltage and current accuracy is Class 0.5, and the power accuracy is Class 1.0. The grid frequency measurement range is 10~80Hz. The instrument can acquire voltage, current, active power, power factor, and other data within the same sampling period, avoiding the operating condition differences introduced by time-separated measurements.
The device supports 1st to 50th order voltage and current harmonic analysis, providing both data list and waveform display modes to help technical engineers locate harmonic sources. It can plot current, voltage, active power, and power factor curves for observing load variation trends and transient processes.
For motor economic operation scenarios, the instrument has built-in calculation functions for 9 economic operation parameters and 7 operating characteristic parameters. For pumping unit wells, it can automatically calculate the balance rate and up/down stroke parameters, and provide recommended values for reactive power local compensation, assisting on-site personnel in adjusting capacitor compensation schemes.
The HM-810 Power Quality Analyzer can generate vector diagrams, displaying each phase value and phase difference, helping to determine whether wiring polarity, phase sequence, and transformer ratio are matched. Measurement results are presented with a combination of numerical and graphical displays, suitable for scenarios such as distribution system inspection, motor efficiency evaluation, pumping unit balance adjustment, and harmonic treatment effect verification.
